In the morning a private driver will pick you up at the port and take you to the location of your choice (for example Pisa or Florence, if you want to visit Pisa or Florence on that day). In the afternoon, at the end of your visit, a driver will again pick you up where you prefer to take you back to the port to embark on your cruise ship on time.

Again, you will have to make two different bookings. The first is for the transfer from the port to the place you want to visit. The second is for the transfer from the place you have just visited to the port.

Do I need to have an account to book a transfer?
To book a transfer service from Viaggio Con Stile, you need to have your account on the website. To create a new account, click on the “Register” button located on the Home Page. Then, you will be able to access the website with your account and book a service.
How can I get a quote and potentially make a reservation?
To get a quote for the transfer service and then possibly make a reservation, you need to fill in the form on the right as follows: A) Select the number of People and then write the departure address and the arrival address. B) Select if you are “part of the same family”, so you are classified as cohabiting guests, or if you are “a group of friends”, so non-cohabiting. This detail is very important because, by anti-covid19 regulations, each minivan can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers if they are friends or non-cohabiting guests, or it can accommodate 6 people if they are cohabiting guests or members of the same family. In case you will exceed these numbers, it will be provided automatically a second MiniVan for the transfer. C) Choose the date and hour. In this case, you just need to click on the “start” button and then “add”. D) If you exceed the number of suitcases allowed on board, you must click the “Additional Luggage” button to request an additional van in which to place your belongings. Each MiniVan 7/8 people includes a total of n. 6 large suitcases (dimensions approx. 60x42x26 cm) and n. 6 small suitcases (dimensions approx. 51x20x34 cm). If you have any doubt, you can send an email to info@viaggioconstile.it. E) Click on the “Book Now” button to get the quotation and eventually proceed to the second phase of the booking.
How do the booking form, payment, and confirmation work?
After clicking the “Book Now” button, you will access the final booking form. A) Indicate if it is a private person or with a VAT number. B) Indicate the final destination you want to request (Train station, port, airport, or others.) C) Fill in all the other points of the booking form. D) Select the payment method, which can only be done through Paypal. The payment and the reservation will be made by clicking on the “Send” button. After a short time, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
What can I do if I cannot make the reservation?
If you are having problems doing your reservation or you need any other information before booking your transfer, you can send an email to info@viaggioconstile.it and our staff will reply to you as soon as possible.
What payment method is required?
The full payment is processed through Paypal and is required at the time of booking. It is not possible to pay in any other way than Paypal (Paypal costs at the expense of the organizer).
Up to how many days in advance can the transfer be booked?
The transfer can be booked up to 1 day before the start of the service.
How can I cancel the service and what are the cancellation policies?
To cancel a transfer service, you must write an email to info@viaggioconstile.it and request cancellation of the service. The staff will answer you as soon as possible. If the cancellation email is received by Viaggio Con Stile within 5 hours before the start of the service, then the customer will be refunded the cost of the transfer already paid via Paypal (Paypal fees will be charged to the customer requesting the refund). If the cancellation of the service is received between 5 hours and 0 hours before the service (no show), then the cost already paid for the service will not be refunded.
Can I book those services in the whole of Italy?
Of course, you can book transfers and provisions in the whole of Italy. Indeed, Viaggio Con Stile has its Rental With Driver service available in every Italian region.
How are the drivers selected?
The private drivers selected by Viaggio Con Stile are chosen for their professionalism and the driving experience. Although our drivers are exceptionally knowledgeable, they are not licensed tour guides and are therefore not permitted to enter historical sites or museums. Our drivers stand out for their punctuality, professionalism, friendliness and passion they work with. Your private driver will chauffeur you to landmarks and will be able to answer any general culture questions you may have, but will not be permitted to enter the sites with you. We can provide our clients with multilingual drivers upon request.
Are those services only private?
All the transfers booked from this section of Viaggio Con Stile are all private services. The clients will have at their disposal a private driver with a Mercedes Benz vehicle, either car or MiniVan with 7/8 seats.
How does it work if we have extra luggage?
Each minivan booking includes a total of n. 6 large suitcases (dimensions approx. 60x42x26 cm) and n. 6 small suitcases (dimensions approx. 51x20x34 cm). If you exceed this number of suitcases and your reservation includes up to 4 people, you must click the “Additional Luggage” button to request an additional van in which to place your belongings. How are the transfer prices calculated?
Transfer prices are calculated based on a distance in km/time. For night transfers from 10:00 pm to 06:00 am, there is a 20% surcharge on the basic price. The booking prices are the prices for single transfers, either outbound or round. If you wish to book both outbound and return transfers, you must make two separate bookings. On the other hand, if it is required that the driver is available for the time between the outbound and return transfers, you must book an arrangement in the "Provision" section by clicking on the following link: Hourly provision rental with driver .
Does the transfer comply with all safety regulations?
Viaggio Con Stile performs the services in compliance with the anti-covid19 measures prescribed by the legislation of the Italian government, which establishes the limits of the capacity of each minivan. Until further notice, each minivan can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers if they are friends or non-cohabiting guests; or it can accommodate 6 people if they are cohabiting guests or members of the same family. Moreover, always by anti-covid19 regulations, staff will disinfect each vehicle at least once a day and provide passengers, who do not have their own, a disposable protection kit containing a mask, a pair of gloves, and a package of sanitizer. The staff will check the body temperature of each guest with a laser thermometer, which must not exceed 37.5°. All these anti-covid19 restrictions and regulations will remain in effect only as long as the government deems it appropriate.
Is the transfer accessible to people with disabilities?
To be clear, this requirement depends on the type of disability of the person. Foldable wheelchairs, for example, can be easily transported in the trunk of the minivans used for the transfer; a non-foldable electric wheelchair, on the other hand, will not fit in the trunk. Our vehicles are not equipped with lifting devices and cannot transport non-folding electric (and non-electric) wheelchairs.
